Hola, I'm Laia! I provide Business Operations Support services to SMEs in New Zealand. I bring to the table experience in media, business administration & operations, marketing and project management. My passion is supporting business owners to make their vision, mission and goals happen. A little bit about myself... Originally from Spain, New Zealand has been home since 2013. I studied Journalism and Events Management in Madrid, and after a few years of working in Spain, I decided to have a gap year in the UK. That was 8 years ago! My trip to London landed me in Christchurch a year later and I’m currently based in Auckland where I have a lovely home and family (that's my deck in the picture!). After working in the corporate world for years, I decided that smaller companies were a better fit for me… and here I am, supporting start-ups to grow across New Zealand.
